Julie did a phenomenal job! She went above and beyond to make this the smoothest real estate transaction I’ve ever experienced. We closed in 21 days and every single document was 100% accurate all the time – No errors!! Her responsiveness was unmatched – All queries were answered timely and to our satisfaction.

We literally signed paperwork mid-flight because it was time sensitive, and we didn’t want to lose the house – talk about being there when your clients need you – whether you are on land or in the sky – she’s got you 100% of the time.

As for the logistics, Julie was in communication with the title company, the mortgage company, the insurance brokers, inspectors, and the sellers realtor to ensure the process was moving along. All I had to do was provide the required documents, read, and sign. Julie handled the logistics between all the entities, I didn’t even need to update her – she knew what was happening all the time.
